Robert M. Reardon

Chief Executive Officer

As ISG’s Chief Executive Officer, Bob Reardon has significantly expanded ISG’s service offerings, technology innovation and geographic reach throughout the United States. His primary responsibilities include strategic direction, leadership, service innovation, teamwork and company growth. His vision, dedication, financial expertise and commitment to clients continue to be the driving force behind ISG’s success. Over the past decade, under Bob’s direction, ISG has evolved and grown significantly into a nationally recognized brand and organization providing comprehensive Investigation Management, Medical Management / Clinical Services, and Record Management Solutions for the insurance industry. Today, ISG is comprised of an experienced industry executive team, 1,200 employees, 1,000 field investigators, and a network of over 16,500 medical providers.

Additionally, Bob is involved with and has long-standing participation on numerous non-profit organizations, charities and Boards: Board of Directors for Newton Country Day School of the Sacred Heart (Development Chair); Saint Sebastian’s School Board; and numerous youth sports, hospital and cancer centers.

John G. Wolf

President and Chief Operating Officer

John serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of ISG and is a principal of the firm. In this capacity, John has leadership and oversight responsibilities for both field and corporate operational business activities to include service delivery, comprehensive goals for performance and growth, scaling business operations, personnel management, and related functions. John is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the company’s short and long-term strategic objectives. John is a board member and part of the company operating committee.

Prior to joining ISG, John held senior executive positions at BMEGateway an Industry leading Medical Management Company, Travelers Property Casualty Corporation and American International Group (AIG).

John is a Cum Laude graduate of Long Island University, New York, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. John also holds a Master of Business Administration, Executive Program Finance and Banking, Dowling College. In addition, John has attended executive management programs at John F. Kennedy School of Government Harvard University. John also serves on several non-profit boards in the greater Boston area.

Noreen Crandall

Chief Financial Officer

Noreen joined ISG as the Chief Financial Officer in October of 2008. However, she worked as a financial consultant since the Company began operations in 1995. Noreen’s leadership and financial expertise help run our corporate business operations including payroll, managing records and receipts, keeping the budget, reconciling daily, monthly, yearly transactions and developing an in depth knowledge of organizational products and processes.

Noreen was recently named a 2023 CFO of the Year by the esteemed Boston Business Journal. Noreen’s invaluable contributions have played a pivotal role in driving ISG’s remarkable expansion to a leading national provider of comprehensive insurance services.

Noreen has a B.S. in Accounting from Merrimack College and started her career in Public Accounting at Vitale, Caturano and Company and finished it at Price Waterhouse. Her industry expertise was in small to mid-size companies. Noreen also earned her MA CPA License in 1994.

Bobby Reardon

Head of Mergers and Acquisitions

Bobby joined ISG in 2019 and swiftly assumed the role of Head of Mergers & Acquisitions within a few months. Throughout his tenure, he has orchestrated a series of strategic acquisitions that have significantly contributed to ISG’s substantial growth. Within the realm of deal transactions, Bobby shoulders primary responsibilities encompassing financial due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, and the seamless integration of both companies and personnel.

Prior to his role as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at ISG, Bobby spearheaded the development of ISG’s groundbreaking LiveChat feature. This technological innovation delivered a substantial boost to communication efficiency between ISG and its clients, resulting in an almost twofold increase in the number of clients serviced simultaneously. Impressively, this feature continues to be actively employed today, nearly four years since its inception, and stands as an instrumental factor in nurturing and expanding relationships with some of ISG’s most prominent clients.

Before joining ISG, Bobby actively participated in various start-ups, leveraging valuable connections nurtured during his academic tenure at Boston College.

Rachel Wey

Chief Client Officer

Rachel has over 25 years of sales experience and has history of building strong customer relationships, and developing strategic partnerships, and improving overall customer experience. In the role of Chief Client Officer, she is responsible for the development and execution of ISG’s go to market strategy, client retention and growth. Rachel works closely with clients to understand their objectives and execute strategies to help them meet these goals.

During the course of her career, Rachel has held senior executive positions at large national managed care organizations. She joined ISG from Optum, where she was Senior Vice President of National Sales.

Rachel has an undergraduate in Health Management from Quinnipiac University, and studied Economic Policy at American University.

Rob Esposito

Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer, Rob leads the creation of strategies that define how ISG technology is utilized to deliver powerful, intuitive, and innovative solutions to improve outcomes and overall client experience. Rob brings more than 20 years of technical experience to this position and is known for his expertise in strategic and tactical planning and execution, client relationship management, IT governance and process, and with an overarching emphasis on the implementation of best-in-class security controls and standards. He also brings exceptional healthcare industry related experience grounded in the implementation of claims system integrations and managed care related services, all of which are a huge asset to ISG and its customers. ​​​​​​​

Rob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from La Salle University, which served as the entry point to a software development position at IBM, followed by more senior level roles at other companies in the insurance and healthcare related industries, including Optum / United Health Group.
