Should you object to any terms and conditions of these terms, or to any subsequent modifications thereto, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the website.

All information collected from customers on our websites is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this agreement.

Limitations of Liability
Neither party (nor its suppliers) shall be liable for any loss of use, lost or inaccurate data, failure of security mechanisms, interruptions of business, costs of delay pr any indirect, special, incidental, reliance, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, including negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if informed of the possibility of such damages in advanced. Neither party will be liable to the other party for direct damages in excess of the fees paid by you to us for products and services applicable to a SOW regardless of the form of the action or theory of recovery, even if that party has been advised of the possibility of those damages.
